The Toledo Northwestern Ohio Food Bank does not distribute food directly to individuals. Food is distributed from our warehouse facility directly to our network of member agencies who distribute the food through food baskets and meals to those in need. First Call for Help will refer individuals residing in the following counties served by the Toledo Northwestern Ohio Food Bank. Referrals will be given to local food pantries that distribute emergency food baskets.
